A very dated home with many levels on a very nice lot in Brokentop, this was a client’s vision that Ed project managed. Challenges included blending many different, and not typically associated materials, into a very cohesive project, coordinating many different trades, and holding to a tight timeline while the scope grew to require engineering and additional permits. The end results speak for themselves.
